Tapas

Tapas has been a fixture in the Elmwood section of West Hartford since 1985, serving Mediterranean cuisine in a casual, comfortable setting. To this day, the restaurant still has no freezer—the menu's Greek, Israeli, Spanish, French and Middle Eastern dishes, along with extensive, ever-changing blackboard specials—are prepared from market-fresh products purchased each day.
Consistently recognized as one of central Connecticut's best Greek restaurants and as a vegetarian-friendly dining option, Tapas caters to an eclectic clientele, including those in search of a bargain. There aren't many places where a fresh, delicious and healthy meal will run you in the range of $4.75-$13.00.

Lunch, dinner, beer and wine are served daily. Watch for Tapas' Almost-Famous Salad Dressing, the key ingredient in the restaurant's widely acclaimed Greek Salads, on grocery store shelves beginning late in 2003.
